REALTOR® (R) Member
A REALTOR® member can be a licensed broker, licensed sales agent, or certified or licensed appraiser in Wisconsin. Your license will typically be held by the broker on record for the company you work for. You must join as a REALTOR® member if you become licensed to a company which holds membership in our association. This includes licensed personal assistants, sales agents, or any other position where the company holds your license, regardless of what type of work you are doing in your position. This membership type is eligible for MLS access.

• Access to Multiple Listing Service (MLS) - To do your job most effectively, you need to be connected. Get the most current listing information by joining MLS. To learn about their dues and procedures, contact them directly at 414-778-5400.

• Professional Standards/Ethics Enforcement - Efficient, on site resolution of professional standards and ethics complaints.
