Employer Assisted Housing Training at GMAR

Learn about how to create an "EXPERT HOUSING TEAM":
1) Strong lenders with trusted reliable loan products.
2) Strong REALTORS® with experience working with first time buyers through the contract process.
3) Proven homeownership preparation education provided by Select Milwaukee.
4) One-on-one housing and credit counseling, as needed, by Select Milwaukee.
The primary purpose for the Employer Assisted Housing Training is to be sure that teams of housing experts (lenders, REALTORS® and housing counselors) are all trained and familiar with each other's work and expertise. As the Housing Team, each team will work together to design their outreach, determine which employers are best opportunities, and share the workload in creating an Employer Assisted Housing program with the employer. So, when registering be sure to have your favorite lender and housing counselor also register in order to have all team members attend the training.
