REALTORS® and WVTV-DT CW 18 & WCGV-DT My 24
Tell First-Time Home Buyers “The Time Is Now”

The GMAR in partnership with Milwaukee’s WVTV-DT (The CW, Channel 18) and WCGV-DT (MyNetworkTV, Channel 24) television stations are helping to educate people in Greater Milwaukee about initiatives available to first time buyers that make now the best time to buy a home.

Channels 18 & 24 have donated the airtime to promote the message “First–Time Home Buyers, The Time is Now.” David Ford, Group Manager for 18/24, commented “Real Estate is tremendously important to the economy and with our large audience of people between 25-44 years who are prime first-time buyer candidates we feel we can help by being a part of this initiative.”

This initiative is very likely to help thousands of real estate professionals, lenders and others who are directly impacted by a real estate purchase. There could be more than $30 million dollars in tax credits coming directly to first time buyers in our market, and this money will create unprecedented stimulation for area businesses that indirectly rely on real estate purchase for their income.

The GMAR office has been fielding many calls. These potential homebuyers are being directed to contact YOU, as a GMAR member.
