Holiday Party - Huge Success



Sold out with over 300 attendees, a dozen sponsors, four bags of hats, mittens and scarves for Sojourner Truth House and $1,360 in donations to the Youth Foundation, now that’s a great mix for a successful event.

Was it the new location (Crowne Plaza – Wauwatosa) or maybe the price, possibly a combination? Whatever it was, this year’s Holiday Party, Installation & Awards Banquet was the place to be.

We were planning to have 200-250 guests at this year’s event. As the reservations kept rolling in, one week before the deadline we had to create a waiting list. Thanks to all of the kind members that had reserved tables, we were able to turn the reserved tables of 8 into tables of 10, which allowed us to add over 50 more attendees. Thank you to all that allowed us to add other attendees to their table.

Mark your calendar, next year’s Holiday Party is slated for Thursday, December 2, 2010.
