Downtown Milwaukee Open House
Do you have a downtown condo for sale? Then take advantage of the sponsored GMAR 10th Annual Downtown Open House on Saturday and Sunday, September 11-12. This event is designed to highlight downtown living—in one of your condos!
Condo units must be completed and ready for ownership and are to be staffed and open for viewing both days between 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. An A-frame sign will be placed in front of each property with detailed information relating to all the condos participating (provided registration has been received by August 20th).
Promotion will include:
- 3 – 6 column x 3” high color banner ads at the bottom of the front page of a section of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
- Full page 4-color advertorial the Sunday before in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s House and Home.
- Press releases to area media.
- Emails to the 3,800+ GMAR members encouraging them to bring their clients.
You may download a registration form and listing sheet below. Return the completed form with $350 no later than Friday, August 20th.
